Within four days, four different apartment buildings in Oakville had units entered and property stolen. Three of these entries occurred during daytime hours on Thursday November 15, at 50 Speers Rd, 36 East St, and 199 Queen Mary Dr. There was also an entry during the early afternoon on Monday November 12 at 1130 Queens Av.
Video surveillance shows three suspicious persons in one of these buildings on Monday November 12 at 13:50 hrs. The video shows an unknown female inside the building who likely piggy-backed her way in behind a tenant. She is observed trying to prop a side door open unsuccessfully. Moments later, she uses her cell phone and lets in two unknown males with faces concealed and wearing gloves.
